A nice story about a boy and his dad。 Lots of metaphors and similes， could be used to teach about these devices and inspire children to create their own about a friend or family member。 Lots of repetition makes the story fell connected and would be enjoyed by young children。 I’d use the book with FS and KS1 children。

Libro que muestra la figura paterna a través de， me imagino， casi todos los niños。。。 Al mismo tiempo nos muestra otra historia dentro de las imágenes súper geniales que ya son costumbres en los libros de Anthony Browne: Un detallazo en los colores y en los patrones similares al color de la bata del padre。Es muy lindo y también me da la sensación de que los padres si son seres fantásticos que hacen muchas cosas por tí （hija-hijo）。Lo recomiendo。

My dad is a very cute picturebook that discusses how awesome dads are。 It discusses his personality and all the different things this dad does that makes him awesome。 This is a great book to read when preparing to make something for fathers day。 The kids were able to easily connect to the story and loved talking about their dads afterwards。 We then made a list， just like the author， of all the ways our dads are awesome。 I recently learned there was a similar version by the same author title My M My dad is a very cute picturebook that discusses how awesome dads are。 It discusses his personality and all the different things this dad does that makes him awesome。 This is a great book to read when preparing to make something for fathers day。 The kids were able to easily connect to the story and loved talking about their dads afterwards。 We then made a list， just like the author， of all the ways our dads are awesome。 I recently learned there was a similar version by the same author title My Mom。 Definitely worth the read。 。。。more
